Planning for a Funeral?

Our Parish family would like to extend their deepest condolences for your loved one. A funeral is a very delicate time for family and friends who are mourning the loss of their loved ones. Helping our grieving families is one of the greatest gifts we can give families. There are many ways you can help:.

Funeral Atlar Servers

Senior Atlar Servers provide service during funeral liturgies. These services include, Reading, distributing Holy Communion and assisting the Celebrant in all aspects of the Funeral Mass.

Bereavement

A group of people who extend the sympathy and support of the parish to those grieving at the loss of a family or friend in our parish. The volunteers of this ministry assist the bereaved by offering help, contributing pertinent reading material, and by putting the person in touch with a support group appropriate to his or her needs.

Funeral Luncheons

As part of the service that the parish provides when a funeral takes place in our church, members of the Catholic Women's League (CWL), and / or Ladies Guild serve a funeral luncheon in our parish hall when requested by the family.
